Referral program rules
- Eligibility: Existing or former One-Stop internet customers in good standing are eligible to participate.
- Qualified referral: A new One-Stop internet customer who signs up for service and mentions the referring customer's name at signup. The referred customer must not have had an active One-Stop internet account within the past 12 months.
- Referral submission: Referrals must be made before the referred customer signs up. Retroactive referrals are not accepted.
- Reward: A $50 gift card to a local business of the referrer's choice, after the referred customer's service has been installed and remains active for at least 30 days.
- Gift card selection: The referrer must name their preferred locally owned business within 30 days of the referred customer's activation. One-Stop may substitute a different local business if the requested one is unavailable or unwilling to participate.
- No self-referrals. Self-referrals result in disqualification.
- No spamming: Referrers must not use spam or unsolicited marketing to promote the program.
- Program changes: One-Stop may modify or end the program at any time, with or without notice.
- Disputes: One-Stop's decision is final in any dispute about the program.
- Abuse: Attempts to abuse the program, including fake accounts or false information, result in disqualification and may lead to further legal action.
- By participating in the One-Stop Referral Program, you agree to these terms.
