One-Stop Communications of PA (“OSC,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about our customers and website visitors, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our internet, voice and other services, to our websites (including onestop.online and our online signup and address check), and to your dealings with our office and technicians.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use Agreement (“Service Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Service Agreement.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you check an address, sign up, contact us, or open an account, we collect information such as your name, Service address, billing address, telephone number(s), email address (including your Account Email Address), and the services you choose. For businesses, this includes the names and contact details of Authorized Users.

Payment information. When you pay us or set up recurring payments, we collect the payment details needed to process them, such as card or bank account information.

Service and equipment information. We keep records of your plan, the OSC Equipment installed at your premises, where it is installed, the network addresses assigned to your connection, and your installation, repair and support history.

Network and usage information. Like any internet provider, our systems process technical information as your traffic passes over the OSC Network, such as the amount of data used, connection times, the performance of your equipment and connection, and network addresses. As described in our Network Management policy, we may use traffic shaping and deep packet inspection to manage congestion, protect the network from viruses, spam and attacks, and route traffic. We do not use these tools to mine data for targeted marketing or advertising.

Voice service information. If you use our phone service, we keep records needed to provide and bill for it, such as the numbers you call and receive calls from, and the date, time and length of calls. This is Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”), which Section 6 covers.

Communications with us. We keep records of your calls, emails, messages and visits with our staff so we can follow up and keep your account accurate.

Website information. When you visit our websites, our servers and hosting providers automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, which we use to keep the sites secure and working. Our websites may use cookies needed for them to function, such as remembering what you’ve entered in a form. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
